Six Impossible Things

This upcoming week is going to be really busy. Between birthdays (mine’s on Friday!) trips to the city, meetings with friends and family and Purim on Sunday, I’ll barely have time to breathe.
But busy or not, this week is going to be really fun and I can’t wait for it to start.
Enjoy yours, and don’t forget to check back here for more posts, including a pie recipe for Pi Day (which, coincidentally, is on my birthday!).

“Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast!” – White Queen, Alice in Wonderland.
Six impossibly awesome things.

∞ I love flowers and these, with their ruffly edges and peach/pink color, are perfect  ∞

jam

∞ Delicious artisanal strawberry jam for spreading over these

caramels

∞ Homemade caramels that I made to give out to friends and then used in these cookies ∞

spring

∞ This picture, which I took last spring, is a reminder that spring isn’t far off…hopefully ∞

cake slice

∞ Testing recipes to find the best chocolate cake (this one is so far the winner) ∞

tulips + meyer lemons
